Wikiyouth is a EU portal where sending organizations can advertise volunteer opportunities in the language of their local community, which facilitates partner finding, and where hosting organizations can document implemented activities, register learning outcomes and testimonials from volunteers.

To whom is addressed this website ?

This website is addressed both to organizations and to volunteers. Hosting organizations can encourage their volunteers to write report and articles about their activities, while also training them in the use of MediaWiki. This can be a great opportunity both for organizations and volunteers to increase their in media-literacy skills and to properly document volunteer projects.

I am a hosting organization and would like to use WikiYouth together with our volunteers, what should I do ?

Just create create an account, and contribute autonomously to the website. After creating the account and confirming your email address, register your parent organization, register a project, and post other content (like reports and articles) following.
